* Added :attr:`dict2rel.UnravelOptions.fields_to_expand` to enable treating nested objects as if they were in a list and
  therefore should be expanded to a separate table. This can be helpful if a particular nested object has many fields and 
  so flattening it inline is less readable then expanding to a separate table.
